    • Live face checkTaken in the app, so the person matches the identity behind the profile.
    • Qualifications checkedA nursing registration for Elder Care, and a BPT (or equivalent) for Physiotherapy.
    • Approved by our teamWe review each caregiver’s documents and profile before families can book them.
    • Police verification, where addedCaregivers can add a police verification certificate. Once we have reviewed it, it shows as a badge on their profile.

    What care can I book on Maa Nest?+

    Three services: Childcare, Eldercare and Physiotherapy. Childcare covers Day Care, Night Care, Full Day Care and Weekday or Weekend Packages. Eldercare covers In-Home, Post-Hospital, In-Hospital and Overnight Care, plus Weekday and Weekend Packages. Physiotherapy is sold as a First Assessment, Standard Rehabilitation or Regular Rehabilitation, with every session running one hour at home.

    How are caregivers verified?+

    Every caregiver confirms their Aadhaar through DigiLocker and completes a live face check in the app. Elder Care caregivers add their nursing registration and physiotherapists their qualification, and our team reviews each caregiver’s documents and profile before families can book them. A police verification certificate, where a caregiver adds one, is reviewed and shown as a badge on their profile.

    Do I choose my caregiver, or is one assigned?+

    You choose. You browse caregivers near you and decide for yourself: their profile, verified details, the services they offer and whether their availability fits your needs. Nobody is allocated to you, and that holds for Instant too, where the caregivers who accept are shown for you to pick from.

    What if my caregiver cancels or does not arrive?+

    You get 100% of the refundable amount back automatically, whatever the notice (that is everything you paid except the ₹19 Platform & Safety Fee). You can also ask for a replacement caregiver, subject to availability, or reschedule. A session that has not started within 30 minutes of its start time is treated as not having taken place.

    How much do I get back if I cancel?+

    Cancel 6 hours or more before the start and you get 100% of the refundable amount back; with less notice, 80%. The ₹19 Platform & Safety Fee is not refunded. Refunds to UPI usually arrive within 5–7 business days.

    How do I get help?+

    Use Help & Support in the app, call +91 63628 34307 or email support@maanest.in, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm IST. During a session, the SOS button alerts your emergency contacts and Maa Nest Support.

    Can I book on the website?+

    The website shows you which caregivers are near you. Tap Book this caregiver and the booking continues in the Maa Nest app, free on the App Store and Google Play, where live tracking, OTP-started sessions and secure payments protect both sides.
