You can pay securely using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through our trusted payment partner.

You are charged only after the caregiver accepts your request. The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or Maa Nest wallet, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Open the booking from My Bookings to view and download its invoice. A copy is always kept in your booking history.

Your wallet holds refunds and rewards. You can apply the balance towards future bookings at checkout.

Every caregiver completes identity verification and a background check, and their profile is reviewed before they can accept any booking.

Verified confirms a checked government ID, Police Verified confirms a completed background check, and First Aid marks a certified caregiver.

Yes. Only caregivers who have cleared our verification process appear in search and can be booked.

Maa Nest uses your phone number with a one-time password (OTP), so there is no password to remember.

Your data is encrypted and never shared without your consent. You can review and update your details anytime from your profile.

Chat opens once a booking is confirmed and stays available throughout the active session, so you can share details and updates.

Yes. During an active booking you can call directly from the app to coordinate arrival or care details.

Messaging is available only for confirmed and active bookings. Once a session ends, the conversation becomes read-only in your history.

During an active session, SOS immediately alerts your emergency contacts and Maa Nest Support and shares your live location so help can be arranged.

Add trusted contacts from your profile. They are notified automatically if you trigger an emergency alert during a session.

You can report a concern from the active booking or through support. Our team reviews every report quickly and takes appropriate action.

Yes. Live tracking lets you follow your caregiver's location while they travel to you and during the session.
