Your child stays at home, in their own routine. Nap times, allergies, food preferences and the small things that settle them live on their profile, so the caregiver arrives knowing them rather than learning from scratch.

Who will come to my home?+
A caregiver you picked yourself. You see her profile, her experience, the categories she offers and her verification badges before you book, and she confirms the booking before it is final.
Are Maa Nest childcare caregivers only women?+
Yes. Childcare is provided by women caregivers, which is a deliberate safety and comfort decision. Eldercare and Physiotherapy are open to both women and men.
How long can I book childcare for?+
Day Care runs 2 to 12 hours, Night Care runs 8 to 12 hours, and Full Day Care covers 24 hours. A Weekday Package covers Monday to Friday and a Weekend Package covers Saturday and Sunday, at 4, 6 or 8 hours a day.
Can I book childcare for two children?+
Yes. The app has a two-children option with its own price, and the caregiver knows before accepting that the booking is for two.
What happens if I need to cancel or move a booking?+
You can cancel or ask to reschedule in the app. What is refunded depends on how much notice you give, and the rules are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation policy.
