Who will come to my home?+
A caregiver you picked yourself. You see her profile, experience and verification badges before you book, and she confirms the booking before it is final.
Are Maa Nest childcare caregivers only women?+
Yes. Childcare is provided by women caregivers. Eldercare and Physiotherapy are open to both women and men.
How long can I book childcare for?+
Day Care runs 2 to 12 hours, Night Care runs 8 to 12 hours, and Full Day Care covers 24 hours. A Weekday Package covers Monday to Friday and a Weekend Package covers Saturday and Sunday, at 4, 6 or 8 hours a day.
What happens if I need to cancel or move a booking?+
You can cancel or ask to reschedule in the app. What is refunded depends on how much notice you give, and the rules are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation policy.
