Qualifications and review
Elder Care caregivers add their nursing registration and physiotherapists their BPT (or equivalent). Our team reviews these, and every caregiver’s documents and profile, before families can book them.
Where added
Police and medical certificates
Caregivers can add a police verification and a medical fitness certificate. We review them, and approved ones show as badges on the caregiver’s profile.

Childcare is delivered by women caregivers only, a considered choice that reflects the comfort and trust of the families we serve and the safety and dignity of the caregivers who work with us. Eldercare and Physiotherapy are open to both women and men, including caregivers whose nursing registration or physiotherapy qualification we have verified, so families can choose the person who genuinely suits their situation. The identity checks and our review are the same for all three.

Yes. Every caregiver confirms their Aadhaar through DigiLocker and completes a live face check, Elder Care caregivers and physiotherapists add their professional registration or qualification, and our team reviews each caregiver’s documents and profile before they can be booked.
How do parents and caregivers stay in touch privately?+
Through secure in-app chat and masked calling. Every call is routed through Maa Nest, so neither side ever sees the other’s personal phone number. Your contact details stay private during every booking.
How does OTP session start protect my child?+
A session can only begin when you share a one-time code with your caregiver, so care never starts without your explicit confirmation, in person.
What data do you collect, and is it safe?+
We collect only what is needed to verify identity and deliver care, store it securely, and never sell it. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant partner.
