Is every caregiver really verified before I see her?+

Yes. A caregiver completes Aadhaar (DigiLocker), identity and background verification before she ever appears in the app, and is monitored on every booking thereafter.

How does OTP session start protect my child?+

A session can only begin when you share a one-time code with your caregiver — so care never starts without your explicit confirmation, in person.

What data do you collect, and is it safe?+

We collect only what is needed to verify identity and deliver care, store it securely, and never sell it. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant partner.
