Physiotherapy at home

Physiotherapy at home in Bengaluru, without the commute

A qualified physiotherapist at your door for recovery, pain relief and mobility. Start with a First Assessment, then continue with the plan that suits your recovery.

Recovery is hard enough without a journey at each end of it. Maa Nest brings the physiotherapist to you, so the exercises happen in the room where you actually live, with the stairs, the bed and the chair you use every day.

Every session runs one hour, at home, between 6 AM and 10 PM. You begin with a First Assessment, where the physiotherapist works out where you are and what the plan should be, and continue with Standard Rehabilitation (two sessions within a week) or Regular Rehabilitation (three).

Maa Nest serves Bengaluru today, and the website shows you caregivers within 20 km of where you are, nearest first.

    Why families choose Maa Nest

    Physiotherapy that comes to you.

    Qualified physiotherapists

Physiotherapy caregivers hold a physiotherapy qualification our team has verified, alongside the same identity and background checks every Maa Nest caregiver passes.

    An assessment first

The First Assessment is a full hour, so your plan is built on what the physiotherapist finds rather than on a form you filled in.

    Treatment in your own space

Exercises are set in the home you will actually do them in, which is what makes them stick between sessions.

    Plans that fit a week

Standard Rehabilitation is two sessions and Regular Rehabilitation is three, with the sessions inside one seven-day window.

    • Sessions run one hour, between 6 AM and 10 PM, on the dates you choose.
    • Patients aged 5 and above can be treated at home, including children with a parent present.
    • The same protections as every Maa Nest booking: OTP-started sessions, live location, masked calling and in-app support.
    • You choose your physiotherapist from the profiles near you, rather than being assigned one.

    Questions, answered

    Physiotherapy at home, explained.

How long is a physiotherapy session?+

One hour, every time. The end time follows the start, so you always know exactly how long the physiotherapist will be with you.

Which plan should I start with?+

Most people start with the First Assessment, a single one-hour visit where the physiotherapist assesses you and sets the plan. After that you can book Standard Rehabilitation, which is two sessions within a week, or Regular Rehabilitation, which is three.

What conditions do you help with?+

Orthopedic and pain relief, post-surgery and injury recovery, neuro rehabilitation, senior mobility, pediatric physiotherapy, women’s health and postnatal recovery, sports rehabilitation and cardio-respiratory rehabilitation.

    Is there an age limit?+

Home physiotherapy through Maa Nest is for patients aged 5 and above.

Do I need equipment at home?+

No. Physiotherapy at home is planned around what your home already has. If anything else would genuinely help your recovery, your physiotherapist will tell you before you spend money on it.
